The University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, through its research, collections, exhibitions, and educational programming, advances understanding of the world's cultural heritage.Founded in 1887, Penn Museum has conducted more than 400 archaeological and anthropological expeditions around the world. Three gallery floors feature materials from Egypt, Mesopotamia, the Bible Lands, Mesoamerica, Asia and the ancient Mediterranean World, as well as artifacts from native peoples of the Americas, Africa and Polynesia. McGuire Air Force Base 2008 Air Expo McGuire Air Force Base will host its 2008 Air Expo – which is FREE to the public – on May 31 and June 1, 2008 as a thank you to the tri-state region that supports Team McGuire throughout the year.Headlining this year’s event will be the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds. Additionally, the F-15 air demonstration team and the Air Force Reserve Command’s Jet Car are scheduled to perform. The Virtual Army Experience will also be featured.
