1. HOW TO ENTER
a. The Real Estate Riches Gives Back contest will begin at 6:00am EST on May 7, 2008 and end on Monday, September 1, 20008 at approximately 11:59pm (“Contest Period”). The Grand Prize Drawing will take place on Sunday, September 7, 2008 at 6:00pm.
b. To participate in the contest, you may enter via the following method: Listeners must pre-register for a free educational workshop by going to www.realestateriches.com or calling 610-310-5933 and providing their first name and last name, complete mailing address, city, state, zip code, home telephone number and valid email address. In order to be eligible, listeners must also attend the free educational Real Estate Riches workshop that they registered for. Real Estate Riches will randomly select one listener form among all attendees that registered for the contest at each educational workshop who will be eligible for the grand prize drawing (“Qualifier”).
c. One Internet entry per person and one Internet entry per email address. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online serve provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address.
d. Real Estate Riches and WPHT-AM are not responsible for telephone service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent an individual from completing his/her telephone call. Real Estate Riches and WPHT-AM are not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
a. The contest is open to all WPHT-AM listeners who are 21 years of age or older and who legally reside in the Greater Philadelphia metropolitan area. Employees of Real Estate Riches and WPHT-AM, its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Philadelphia metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families and/or households are ineligible to participate or win.
b. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest.
c. Contestants must have a valid photo id and/or drivers license and fill out a participant release form.
d. Listeners and attendees with no mortgage loans are exempt from participating in the contest. Contestants will have to provide proof of mortgage payment (e.g. lender statement, etc.)
3. PRIZES
a.One (1) Grand Prize: The grand prize winner will receive will be awarded to one winner. The Grand Prize includes Real Estate Riches to pay a house mortgage payment for one full calendar year for the contest winner. Maximum prize amount is minimum monthly principal mortgage payment up to $1,000 per month on the contest winner’s mortgage principle for a full year paid to a first mortgage lien holder of the contest winner’s primary residence. Taxes and interest will not be paid, only principle. The maximum allowable payment on the winner’s mortgage principle will be 12 months's minimum principal mortage payments up to $12,000. To ensure that Real Estate Riches is not liable for late or delinquent payments, Real Estate Riches will pay winner’s mortgage lender directly in one lump sum (the value of the principle only subject to the restrictions set forth herein) for the full year.
b. All prizes may be picked up at the office of Real Estate Riches at the address below no sooner than September 7, 2008. The winner will forfeit any prize not claimed within thirty (30) days of winning In the event that a prize must be mailed to the winner, it must be with the prior written consent of the winner. Therefore, the winner assumes the risk of its loss. WPHT-AM and Real Estate Riches are not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize other than contest winner pickup at the headquarters of Real Estate Riches. Prizes can not be picked up at any location other than Real Estate Riches headquarters without the written consent of the contest winners.
c. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prize of any kind. The prize are expressly limited to the items listed above and are endorsed solely to the mortgage lien holder in first lien position on title. The prize amount will be the exact amount of the monthly mortgage payment, which may not include taxes and insurance or any difference between the prize amount and true property obligations. The Prize will be in check form and have the first mortgage lender as the payee. Prizes will be administered to the contest winner mortgage lenderno sooner than September 7, 2008 or anytime within thirty (30) days there after. Prizes can not be transferred to any other person or property other than the primary residence of the contest winner. Other restrictions may apply.
d. The monthly housing obligations are the sole responsibility of the property owner(s) named on the mortgage and title lien. Real Estate Riches and WPHT-AM are not responsible for and refuse to pay any late charges, fees or penalties that have accrued on the property or the tenant’s rental account. Real Estate Riches and WPHT-AM will not be held accountable if winners fail to make housing payments on time or if the payment fails to arrive to the appropriate payee. Real Estate Riches and WPHT-AM are not responsible for any monthly obligations of the winner or any other contestants. Real Estate Riches will provide the prize to the winner’s lender to ensure payments arrive to the said lender on time the winner must be accompanied by the appropriate documentation.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
a. All decisions of Real Estate Riches and WPHT-AM regarding the winner of contest are final and indisputable.
b. The winner will be selected and announced on Sunday, September 7, 2008 at approximately 6:00 p.m. EST and must be available by telephone for an interview with a Real Estate Riches or WPHT-AM employee on Sunday, September 7, 2008 between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
c. The odds of winning are 15 to 1.
c. Winners must be available by telephone during 6:00pm to 7:00pm on Sunday, September 7, 2008 in order to be eligible as the grand prize winner. Real Estate Riches or WPHT-AM staff personnel will call the winner for an interview between 5:00pm and 7:00pm on Sunday September 7, 2008. The call will be screened and will air on Sunday September 7, 2008 when the winner is announced. If the winner does not answer the phone call, Real Estate Riches and WPHT-AM will randomly select an alternate winner from among all remaining eligible entries.
f. Winners must execute and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form within ten (10) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
5. CONDITIONS
a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.
b. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.
c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, Real Estate Riches and WPHT-AM in its sole discretion may require contest winners to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold Real Estate Riches and WPHT-AM, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.
d. Real Estate Riches and WPHT-AM, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Real Estate Riches’ Web Site or is otherwise in violation of the rules. The parties further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
e. Real Estate Riches and WPHT-AM reserve the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. Real Estate Riches and WPHT-AM: If due to circumstances beyond the control of Real Estate Riches and WPHT-AM, the Real Estate Riches Gives Back Contest is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, Real Estate Riches and WPHT-AM reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.
f. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of Real Estate Riches and WPHT-AM.
g. Real Estate Riches and WPHT-AM is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
h. Copies of the written contest rules and a list of winners (when complete) are available during regular business hours at Real Estate Riches, and WPHT-AM, 2 Bala Plaza, Suite 800, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004.
